I just bought something from your site. How long will it take to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Your order will be processed and sent same business day if made before noon. Ship times are from 1 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Keep in mind that weekends and statutory holidays, are not considered business days by TBMBM.com, or our shipping partners. Only TBMBM.com let's you choose between carriers at the same price. You get free shipping on orders over $69, otherwise it's just $9.99.

How do you ship and how much is shipping?
We ship via UPS, USPS, and Canada Post Expedited. If your order is over $69.00, shipping is FREE. Otherwise, it’s just $9.99. You can choose your preferred shipping method, just keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO boxes, so any address containing a PO box must be shipped USPS or Canada Post. We provide shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. We do not offer express or rush shipping at this time but your product is shipped within 24 hours as long as it is in stock as indicated on each product page.

What is the return policy on Aerobeds ?
Due to the intimate nature of beds and sleep products, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds on Aerobed products. Any bed that is returned to us due to refusal of delivery by the customer or otherwise unauthorized return will be subject to a $50 re-stocking fee.

Defects
If an item is found to be defective within 33 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us at cs@tbmbm.com to let us know of the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via and provide instructions for getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing or calling about a defect, please have the following information ready, your order number, found in the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (shipping it back is your responsibility), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order is processed and shipped same day in most instances so you get it quickly. There is therefore no way to cancel an order once it has been made. Please order carefully.

I’m in Canada, why are your prices in US dollars?
We charge in USD to provide competitive pricing for both our US and Canadian customers.

I'm in Canada, are there extra charges for customs?
For our Canadian customers, we ship directly from our Canadian based warehouse. There are therefore no customs charges.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or APO’s?
At this time we are unable to ship to the above states/provinces. We are working with our shipping partners to provide affordable service to these areas, so please stay tuned!
