Only TBMBM.com let's you choose between carriers at the same price. You get free shipping on orders over $69, otherwise it's just $9.99.

How do you ship and how much is shipping?
We ship via UPS, USPS, and Canada Post Expedited. If your order is over $69.00, shipping is FREE. Otherwise, it’s just $9.99. You can choose your preferred shipping method, just keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO boxes, so any address containing a PO box must be shipped USPS or Canada Post. We provide shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
We do not offer express or rush shipping at this time but your product is shipped within 24 hours as long as it is in stock as indicated on each product page.
